Store Policy for Services

DROP OFF

Please be on time for your appointments as we have reserved that time slot specially for you. This is to ensure your fur-riend finishes on time too. We reserve to re-book your appointment if someone arrives more than 15 minutes late.

PICK UP

Please pick up your pet at the pick-up time given to you. Pets not picked up after 30 minutes of that time will subject you to our day care fee. Please call us if a problem occurs and we will work this out with you.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand things come up. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please do give us a call at least 3 hours before your appointment. No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 20% per pet. This is due to loss of earning, as this time slot could have been booked to another dog. We will give you a text message reminder the night before to help avoid the issue.

HEALTH

For first timers, please present your dog's vet card to ensure complete vaccination for the safety of your dog. If your dog has any health issues, aggressive tendencies, stress related issues prior to grooming, please inform our groomers ahead of time. We reserve the right to refuse service if your dog has health issues that may cause him any harm for his safety or the rest of the dogs on board.
