Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of your order being placed.
Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet.
If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy is effective for 7 days from the time your order is delivered.

What types of Payment methods do you accept?
We offer various payment methods: Bank Transfer, GCash and recently we got our website approved to accept major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa via PayMongo!
What are your shipping options?
Local deliveries via Grab and J&T express. International deliveries via DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Although shipping for orders above 2000 pesos is FREE.
